STMUX not running is your problem. Mux is needed for clients to connect to the server.

Check the sametime.log for errors. Are any errors displayed on the console? Check to see if you have any other applications using port 1533 which is stopping the mux loading.

Did you enable tunneling on the server? If so maybe you have some other application listening on port 80 which is stopping Sametime MUX loading?
